How much zeal have you for God? Enough or not? If not, what are you doing about it? I know I didn't do anything about it just a little while ago and sort of felt helpless to change anything, to be honest. Well, that's not the case, you know. While we can't light ourselves, for that is the work of God, we can stir up the embers, dear sibling! What are you doing pro-actively? Tell me what you're doing and allow me to suggest a few things I've found useful.
Listen to sermons! -- SermonAudio.com is quite superb in this area! I have learned so much from the sermons on this website that has changed my life and my perspectives dramatically! I then, having said that, would heartily recommend it to you if you're not already partaking in it.
Read the Bible! -- I could say more, but I think the post below this says it strongly enough.
Read about the Bible! -- Strengthen your own knowledge of the Bible by reading worthy writings, be they in the form of commentaries, treatises, or sermons! I know I felt like I'd be leaning on other men if I did that, but what's wrong with that? Have not the traditions of the church been passed down throughout history by men? Read Calvin! Read Arminius! Read Gill! Read Fuller! You don't want to read things you disagree with? Why? Be thou afraid thou wilt then surely lapse into damnable error? If so, give thineself a break. You shouldn't be that gullible and God is forgiving and longsuffering to usward.
Learn about Creation -- So as to futher understand the mind of God on what the animals are for, how they were made perfectly for this role, and just plainly how they made.
Learn about God -- Your end is to glorify Him that made you. Why then would you not desire strongly to have a complete knowledge of Him? There's nothing more worthy of your time.
Well, aight, leave me a comment or two of feedback; You know I'd appreciate it. ;-)
I'm interested in theology, philosophy, history, life, and wives. If you remain here long enough, you'll probably hear something about each of these things.

About Me

- polemic turtle
- turtle believes his Bible, loves His God, and is being divinely conformed unto the image of God's Son, though if one were to think in terms of Romans 9, turtle would confess that he is a very stubborn and brittle piece of clay. thankfully, the Potter works omnipotently for turtle's good and shows him mercy and grace every day.
