I'm interested in theology, philosophy, history, life, and wives. If you remain here long enough, you'll probably hear something about each of these things.

Ouch, it hurts. The ground, that is, I mean. Well, rather, to be more exact, it was the ground which hurt, but now, it's my knee. Ouch.

Well, we invited about, oh, 45 or so people over this evening to eat burgers, play volleyball, and go on a hayride and that is what we did. Ouch. Our volleyball net is set up in the backyard, which I have discovered hates me and actually wants me to hurt me over the counted times I flew through the air after the ball, always to land on that one particular part of my right leg... Oh, not good! Ouch.

I'm hoping it gets better over the night and not worse, because tomorrow is the "busy" day in which we prepare for the Oklahoma road trip Thursday morning, noon, and evening. Ouch, that could be tough with 10 people of various ages ranging from 39 to just over 1 in the same Yukon XL. Well, there is the iPod, the laptop, and the books, but will I have room to enjoy most of them? Probably not. Well, I love my family anyway.

We had a ton of fun this last Thursday at the Zoo, with our family, the Jones, and Stacey. I hadn't been to the zoo recently, but, man, I had to see those Pandas at least once! :-D

That, I'm sad to say, was enough to last me a lifetime, because those spoiled things looked dead to me, just laying out there so arrogantly like they did. :-\ Well, I still managed to have fun, somehow. ;-) The rest of the animals were neat.

Well, I'll wind this post up with two remarks: First, Windows Vista is very neat, especially while free, though still technically a beta, and Secondly, Stacey ought to join me @ PuritanBoard because she's old enough and I think she'd profit from the culture that they have there. I know I love it. :D

Grace & Peace to all y'all fine people! :-)

Hey Tyler,

Too bad about the knee injury. Sounds like someone is feeling the age of an old folk. Hopefully you will rest enough so that it doesn't cause you to hobble around like an 80 year old at my wedding.

I look so forward to seeing all of your family at my wedding.

Tell your mom that I talked with one of her old friends from her basketball and junior high days and her workmate from the arcade in the mall. Ask her if she remembers Renda Hinton. She lives here in Edmond and would love to see her or communicate via email with her. She has 2 children (ages 4 and 17). They live right outside of Edmond on an acreage.

I'll see you when you arrive in Edmond!!!

Love,
Aunt Jamie

PS-Why don't you plant some cushiony grass under the volleyball area so hopefully next game you don't break a leg.

Apparently you are recovering. I didn't notice any limp when you got here. That is good! :)

About Me

My photo
turtle believes his Bible, loves His God, and is being divinely conformed unto the image of God's Son, though if one were to think in terms of Romans 9, turtle would confess that he is a very stubborn and brittle piece of clay. thankfully, the Potter works omnipotently for turtle's good and shows him mercy and grace every day.
